The Mandalay Bay Pool is breathtaking beautiful and luxuriously appointed. The unparalleled Mandalay Bay pool is the ultimate pool getaway. There are plenty of areas to lounge around. It has the largest wave pool in The Strip and even a topless spot for the daring College students. Because it’s the most popular pool along the Strip, it can get crowded and not really that kid-friendly. It’s definitely the pool to be when you’re aiming to see and meet a lot of people.

Another popular hangout is the swimming pool in the Flamingo. Be prepared to be transported to a tropical paradise without leaving Las Vegas. It has the luxuries of a perfect getaway boasting of 15 acre area with four pools, a few cabanas and a cave to hide yourself from the sun when it gets too hot.

If you want to see and be seen then the Venetian pool is the best place to be. The pool attracts the good-looking people and you can definitely spot a celebrity every now and then. And the service is fast and efficient.

For the best Las Vegas nightclubs, Blush at the Wynn and Tao at the Venetian along the Strip are the most vibrant night time spots. It’s 3 am and the music is still pumping. An undulating wall of beautiful people gyrates to the beat. Money and good looks seem to be the key aspects to these clubs. But once you’re inside, be sure to be enthralled by the lavish interiors and great vibes.

Of course, knowing where all Las Vegas’ top hot spots are is less than half the battle. Getting into them is significantly more challenging, particularly if you are an outsider or a tourist just there for a day. A simple solution is to use your charm and dress and do behave well. Spring Break is the time for fun and camaraderie. Just enjoy the sights, sounds and people and even the most impenetrable events and happening places won’t matter anymore.

The first thing you will notice upon approaching a club in the wild is a long line of people with a large, ape-like man at the fore. This fellow is the bouncer. Generally speaking, all bouncers have is their muscle, and they like to flex it. You can spend a long time in these lines, never seeing the wonders of the club interior, if you do not behave properly towards these men-mountains. Here are some fun and easy steps that will get you in faster:

1. Dress appropriately. Many clubs have a no-jeans policy. Others want you clad only in bearskin. Pay attention to the dress code.
2. Don’t tick off the bouncer. They hold all the cards in this situation, so be courteous and understanding to these Darwinian nightmares.
3. Bouncers love women. If you have flirty, giggly women in your party, you will get in much faster. If you don’t, you can try to be friendly with some unattached women in line, making it seem like they are in your party WARNING: This can make you look like a huge jerk if it backfires.
4. Bouncers love shiny things. When you go up to him to ask how long the wait is, slip him a silver dollar (or better, twenty in bill form). Don’t tip him too low, or you will never get in. If you tip him too high, people will think you have no concept of the value of money. This, admittedly, can help you with the opposite sex.

We’ll assume for the sake of this article that you made it past the bouncer. Good job! Two edifices now loom in front of you: The bar and the dance-floor. Both have a number of drunken people bumping into one another, so they can be difficult to tell apart. First up: The Bar.
Ordering a drink at the bar is much like ordering one at your local public house, but even so, there are a few things worth mentioning. The first is obvious: it is really crowded. It can be very difficult to get a drink under these conditions. Here are some fun and easy steps that will get you loaded at full efficiency:

1. Pay with cash. The frenzied pace of this kind of place makes it easy to end up with someone else’s drinks on your tab, and trust me, once they are on there, they’re not coming off.
2. Consider learning the bartender’s name. If they are familiar with you, you’ll stick out in a crowd. I would not, however, recommend calling their names out loudly from across the bar while they are busy. This could hurt their feelings and make them never talk to you again.
3. These bar-folk are working very very hard. Always tip for everything (including water!) A dollar per drink is usually about right.
4. Don’t block other patrons from ordering once you have your drink. More out of the way swiftly, or you will be reviled.

Onto the dance floor. Liquor ingested, you should be ready by this point to get out into the teeming mass of humanity and show them all what you can do. Here are some fun and easy tips to get you out there without making (too much of) a fool of yourself.

1. Don’t bug the DJ too much. It’s okay to request a song, but don’t do it too often. Otherwise they will play Ace-of-Base and say that you requested it.

2. Repeatedly “accidentally” bouncing into the women on the floor will do nothing but convince them you are a pervert, and possibly a serial killer.

3. Don’t get into the middle of things, flailing wildly and taking up space, for the sake of flailing wildly and taking up space. This might seem like it goes without saying, but any club you go to has about 20 of these guys making dancing difficult for everyone else. You can have fun in the thick of things without tripping everyone up, even if you aren’t a great dancer. Just be alert.

4. Don’t bump and grind with a girl unless you know she’s interested. If she’s not, she could complain to the aforementioned bouncer, and you could have some serious trouble (after all the work it took to get here, you wouldn’t want to get bounced, would you?)

Well, that information should have you well on the way to having a great time in the clubs of Miami. Be smart, be cool, and you should have no problem. If you are a loud idiot, well, you’ve been warned and I won’t be held responsible. Happy travels, and happy eating/drinking/dancing/debauchery.

Traveling to Chiang Mai will not be complete without experiencing the nightlife and dining along the rare and astonishing city in Thailand. With influences from China and Burma, the cuisine that can be tasted in this part of Northern Thailand results in flavors that spark & soothe the tastes of locals and tourists alike. Whether you want to chill out, immerse yourself in history or simply check out the smoking hot nightlife, Chiang Mai, in Northern Thailand, has a little bit of something to please everyone.

Try the various carts and stalls that can be found along the streets – the favorites of the Thai people and others in the know. After eating noodles there, you have your choice of bars and clubs along Chiang Mai. Filled with locals, business types, university students, tourists, and expats, these locations just turn out to be the spot of the night for those who want to unwind and have fun with the tastes, sights, and sounds there are around Chiang Mai.

Bars and Pubs

Chiang Mai bars and pubs can go from the thematic ones to the British-type pubs. As for the place to look into when it comes to the center of these destinations, the usual venues line the side streets of Moon Muang Road, through the moat near Tha Pae Gate. Moreover, there are various live musical performances along Ping River. Likewise, the sois or alleyways near the night bazaar also cater to several pubs, many of which promote different nationalities. For university students, there are also bars which target the younger crowds such as those studying at Chiang Mai University. Usually, these places are filled with different sorts of customers during the weekends as much as they are common destinations for meet-ups.

Van Bars

One of latest additions to the city’s hot spots are cool van bars. Customized Volkswagen Vans and Chevy vans converted into mobile pubs that are fully-packed with sound systems and even stools for customers to enjoy the one-of-a-kind experience of Chiang Mai nightlife. Hence, some of these van bars even have extendable roofs as well as light shows. One of the most popular of these bars is located opposite of Tha Pae Gate near the THC Bar. And even if this does not offer you disco-like moments, you can nevertheless take great photos as you enjoy a drink at the van with the crowd.

The concept of night club is not socially acceptable in many countries but it still exists even in very conservative and orthodox societies. People love to have fun after a long tiring week. Even workaholics also want some space from their daily routine work. So night discos fulfill their desires of fun and entertainment in many ways. Nightclubs often start their businesses in dark when their lights and shades of colour beams compliment the darkness outside. Music and dancing is the main element of a night club.

Other activities are also carried out successfully at the nightclubs. Drinking is another factor that attracts customers to night clubs. People come to drink and enjoy music. They like to dance while drinking their favourite drinks. People like to spend their nights at these clubs; yet, night clubs do not fall under the category of inns, restaurants or pubs. Night discos have their own domain that they follow in their own way.

There is always a dance floor present in every night club along with a DJ booth that distinguishes it from bars and taverns. Sometimes nightclubs are based on certain themes and genre of music like rock, pop, dancehall, hip-hop and garage etc. This type of night clubs targets a typical market where a certain types of customer come to have fun.

There are different types of night clubs with different lighting effects and ambiance. Sometimes there are mirror-covered disco balls, flashing lights and even smoke machines. These kinds of lights play an important role in attracting the customers in their own glamorous way. Whatever is the type of light there; they influence the mood of people and enhance the dancing element of the club. People love to dance while disco lights are on.

Nightclubs are made in a typical style where the walls are thick and insulated to avoid any kind of disturbance for the neighbourhood. Windows are hardly present and the purpose of not building windows is the same; not to perturb neighbourhood with flashing lights and high intensity of the music. In order to enhance the internal effect of night clubs, which are sound proof in order to prevent the noise from disturbing the neighbourhood. Every night club has its own ambiance and charisma for the people.

Boston has many more things to offer other than its cultural heritage, rich history, and world-class colleges. The night life of the city is as active as the night life of any other urban center in the country. The city offers good pubs, nightclubs, stylish restaurants, gourmet drinks, super luxurious Boston limo rides, and world-class Boston airport transportation services for those who wish to return to catch up their work next day after long (or short) entertaining night in the city.

Boston limo services are at par with the other limo rental providers in the country. The quality of fleet maintained by some of the Boston limousine service providers puts even car rentals of Las Vegas to shame. It goes quite easy on your pocket as well, and not all service providers require you to book your ride days in advance. You can book one luxurious ride anytime to splurge on the big night; having said that, booking your ride in advance is a good idea, as it will save you some dollars that you can spend to buy a drink for your girl.

Now, it’s time to tell you about the coolest place you must visit in order to make your night in the city memorable. There are many places where you can go, but to make it easy for you to decide, I am writing here about some of the places you should consider.

Scullers Jazz Club: If you are a true lover of soulful music and sweet wine (or any other drink for that matter) then you should consider visiting Scullers which is situated near the Charles River. For over 20 years, the nightclub has been inviting some of the biggest names in Latin and Contemporary Jazz, Blues, Soul, R & B, Cabaret and World Music. Usually there are two shows in a night, Tuesday through Saturday.

The Middle East: If you are a rock music aficionado then this is the best rock club in the neighborhood for you. In its two rooms (upstairs and downstairs), every night the club books from variety of progressive and alternative artists. In this club, you can hear the local budding talents as well as internationally famous singers with a local root.

Corner: Corner is located in the same complex that hosts The Middle East. Formerly it was a bakery, but then it got transformed into an entertainment center that offers good delicacy in food, and a handful of choices in drinks. Generally this place features acoustic artists, but on Wednesday and Sunday mesmerizing belly dancers are invited to heat-up the party. Sometimes the entertainment is free, and sometimes a nominal fee is levied. Check for yourself what is on offer on the day of your Boston limo ride.

Zuzu: It is another food, drink, and music center located in the complex that holds The Middle East and Corner. Zuzu is famous for its Middle Eastern cuisine, music, and for a separate gallery space with rotating art exhibits. It is a good place to spend your night in, if you are a connoisseur of art and a lover of fine wine.

Due to the proximity of The Middle East, Corner, and Zuzu, just one trip on a Boston limo will be required to visit any (or all three) of these. Hence, do not get lured by the Boston limousine provider that offers you maximum miles for your money; you are not going to use it anyway. Instead, go for the one that offers similar service for less money. If you are not a Boston local then do not forget to ask your limo rental if they provide Boston airport transportation services. Inquire if it is included in the charge, or will you have to pay extra for that.

Did you know that the average American drinks 192 gallons of liquid a year? That translates to about 3.7 gallons per week or 2 liters a day, and soft drinks average 28% of this amount. According to Beverage Marketing reports, “Carbonated soft drinks are the single biggest source of calories in the American diet, providing 7-9 % of calories.”

You should know that the dangers soft drinks pose to good health and wellness lurk in two camps – the dangers of the ingredients of the drinks themselves, and the dangers resulting from the loss of the healthful drinks they push out of the diet — namely milk and water.

Are you aware that during 1977-78, boys drank twice as much milk as soft drinks, and girls drank 50% more milk than soft drinks, but that by 1994-1996, both boys and girls drank twice as much soda as milk? This alarming reduction in milk consumption results in a lower intake of necessary vitamins and minerals, and numerous report links soft drink consumption to a rise in osteoporosis and bone fractures. After conducting their own research, Pediatrics & Adolescent Medicine warned in June of 2000, “. . . national concern and alarm about the health impact of carbonated beverage consumption on teenaged girls is supported by the findings of this study.”

Not only can you develop health problems if you ignore milk for sodas, but if you drink sodas instead of water, you may experience unbalanced body systems, dehydration, weight gain, constipation, poor concentration, kidney stones, urinary infections, and even poor skin. You need at least 2 quarts of pure water a day for proper organ functions, proper absorption of vitamins, and efficient body system activity. Every system in your body, including your brain, depends on water to function.

Would you choose a drink labeled “Witches’ Brew” or “Liquid Candy”? Well, health experts have labeled soft drinks with these very names because they contain ingredients that contribute significantly to poor health.

I’m sure you know that caffeine provides no nourishment, but did you know that it can stimulate the adrenal gland and can cause adrenal exhaustion, especially in children? It blocks receptor sites in the central nervous system, and, along with saccharin and caramel coloring, has a depressant action in the brain, heart, and kidneys. It also can cause constriction of the cerebral arteries, rapid heartbeat, high blood pressure, an excessive excretion of urine, and the release of adrenaline.

Are you aware that excess doses of caffeine can cause aggression, recklessness, shouting, swearing (as in road rage), and even fighting? Although we don’t recognize caffeine addiction easily or quickly, it does exist and missing usual doses leaves even the moderate user with sluggishness, unclear thinking, depression, and headache.

Do you love that “bite” that a cold soft drink has? That “bite” comes from phosphoric acid, which also pulls calcium out of the bones, leading to easily broken bones and later, osteoporosis. This acid (that can clean water and soap deposits out of your shower and even dissolves teeth) causes the body to waste its much-needed alkaline minerals (sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium) to neutralize the acid, thus causing related problems like colitis, heart disease, indigestion, and anemia.

That friendly and familiar red or perhaps brown soft drink can poses its own danger. Phosphoric acid leaches toxic amounts of aluminum from even the lined soft drink cans into the soft drink and right into your body, where it is deposited in brain and bone tissue, resulting in the same formations in brain tissue as seen in the brains of Alzheimer patients. This aluminum also contributes to bone loss, calcium loss, and osteoporosis.

A note to diet soda drinkers! Diet drinks contribute their own health issues; for example, they contain aspartame, which is a potent neurotoxin and endocrine disrupter. It can cause neuron destruction, emotional disorders, depression, and poor sleep quality, headaches, tinnitus, memory lapses, blurred visions, retinal damage, and even contributes to cancer.

As you can see, soft drinks pose numerous, often well-hidden, but serious, health problems to those who indulge regularly or excessively or who neglect proper intake of milk and water in their pursuit of soft drinks. Hopefully, you can also see that drinking proper amounts of milk and water helps to prevent a myriad of health problems and contributes to wellness and optimum organ and system functions.
